Was late for my first appointment without communication and canceled our 2nd appointment the day of without reason.

Unfortunately, I was never actually able to have my appointment. My initial appointment was scheduled for Friday. I made the appointment 2 days before, signed all the super long registration forms only to make it to my appointment and the provider not show up. I used my lunch break for this appointment so that time was wasted. The doctor reached out to me via text to reschedule, only after I messaged her and called Rula about this inconvenience. I was hesitant to reschedule with her but I did for today at 2:30PM. Yesterday evening I receive an email stating that the appt was rescheduled to tomorrow. At this point it’s too much of a run around. Tiffany could be a great therapist but I don’t trust that this won’t continue to happen.

I’d say the level of professionalism was definitely there, but I couldn’t help feeling a bit put off by the tone and overall energy during my visit. When seeking out a therapist—or really any provider who works in a space that involves personal discussion and trust—I’m looking for someone who creates an open, understanding environment where conversation can naturally flow. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel that here. The interaction felt monotone and somewhat detached, which made it hard to open up or feel at ease. I wasn’t necessarily expecting warmth or over-the-top friendliness, but a little more engagement or even a simple sense of presence would’ve gone a long way.
