Dr. Tiffany Suen, PsyD

Psychotherapist
CA
Most of my clients reach out because they recognize something is interfering with their ability to function effectively and enjoy daily life. They may or may not have clear insights into the issues but often seek therapy because they are unsure what to do. No one likes to feel depressed, anxious, stressed, or out of place all the time. My work is to help clients gain clarity and develop the skills needed to restore or improve their functioning and well-being. I tailor my approach to each client’s unique needs, utilizing a combination of CBT, DBT, and mindfulness interventions when appropriate. I commonly help clients explore themes such as work-life balance, communication, managing conflicting expectations, cultural and generational differences, and assertiveness within the context of power differentials. I hold a PsyD in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, which informs my evidence-based and compassionate approach. I strive to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can feel safe to explore their challenges. My hope is that through therapy, clients can effectively manage or resolve the issues impeding their personal growth and emotional well-being. If you would like to learn more about my services, please feel free to reach out. I look forward to hearing from you.
