Many of my adolescent clients are navigating challenges like school stress, identity, peer pressure, family dynamics, or emotional regulation, and they’re looking for a space where they feel truly seen and supported. I also work with adults facing a wide range of concerns, including work-related stress, grief, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, communication issues, and finding clarity in life transitions. For couples, I support partners who are working through separation or divorce, co-parenting challenges, boundary issues, role stress.
