Whether you’re coping with anxiety, depression, grief, or loss, trying to get control of your anger, or going through a big life change, I can help you find balance, unpack trauma, and find the solace you desire.
The journey to self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-care starts with the courage to seek support. The work we do together is unique to your challenges and rooted in respect for your individual experiences. I provide a calm, warm, and judgment-free space to explore your authentic self. I work with clients to explore new possibilities, overcome challenges, and identify solutions that meet their individual goals.
I hold a Master’s in Social Work from North Carolina State University, which informs my compassionate and evidence-based approach to therapy.
What should a new client know about working with you?
The therapeutic process is not one-size-fits-all and I tailor sessions to meet your needs. The journey starts with identifying and accepting where you are, then together we can map a path to where you want to be. We will collaborate to clarify your goals and identify strategies that work for you.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
