Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, anger management, substance abuse, life transitions, or self-esteem issues, you deserve a safe and supportive space to process and heal. Together, we embark on a shared journey of self-discovery, where we uncover your innate strengths, confront realities head-on, and chart a course toward your aspirations. What should a new client know about working with you?

After your first therapy session, you'll feel initial relief and connection. We'll establish rapport, assess your unique situation, and set therapy goals. You'll receive introductory psychoeducation to understand challenges and effective strategies. This session builds trust. Moving forward, I'll provide tailored coping skills and tools. Regular progress assessments will track your development in a safe, non-judgmental space. I'll offer encouragement, motivation, and positivity to focus on your strengths. Over time, expect increased self-awareness, refined coping, and lasting positive change. Therapy integrates into your daily life, enhancing independence. Sessions may decrease, but I'll provide ongoing support for your mental and emotional well-being.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Simply the best! Very warm and assuring and helps you see the strength in yourself even when you don't always feel strong
I was ready to make a change and get control of my life and Timberly is the woman that will help me. I have had my fair share of therapist and she is by far the best. I have never felt so comfortable or understood by anyone else.
Working with Timberley has been an incredibly grounding and empowering experience. She’s authentic, solution-oriented, and truly takes the guesswork out of therapy. From the start, she made me feel seen and supported, especially as I navigated major life transitions, anxiety, grief, and stress. Her guidance has been essential to helping me feel more steady and capable during uncertain times. I’m genuinely grateful I connected with her when I did. ??
Today's session was a mixture of hope yet uncomfortable. Talking about my new work environment and how I've been navigating through it, made me feel confident. But talking about my father was uncomfortable because it's not the easiest. It's challenging because of the emotions that spill out just off of a single thought of how he neglected me, my sister, and mom. But me mainly. I am hopeful that the conversation will feel lighter and more comfortable as time passes and we talk more about him.
I absolutely love her. I have seen my fair share of therapist and never connected or felt understood by anyone else the way I have with her.
