There's a cry for help deep inside—and you know you need more therapy—but you've put up a wall to protect yourself. What’s underneath it all still hasn’t been dealt with, though you want to. You hold the healing that IOP and Inpatient offered, longing to break the cycle you know too well: Inpatient, IOP, back to the community. You remember the groups, use the TIPP skills, and it helps you ride the tidal wave. You’re split though; there’s part of you ready to tackle it headstrong, and another part of you is sweating it like the iced coffee that waters down at your desk. And you are terrified you can’t keep up anymore. It is an exhausting cycle too, and you wish you could stop it. You’ve tried to patchwork therapy together: having three therapists just patchwork to hold you together. Even meeting with a therapist twice a week didn’t seem to fill that hole in healing you’ve been longing for. You are looking for what worked at IOP, but all under the same roof. Here’s what this journey holds: individual therapy gets us to the heart and core of the issue. In our groups, we set out to bear witness to your hidden desires and needs, and bravely share them with others for the first time in writing and out loud. We'll even check in between sessions to make sure things are going well for you. The path toward your miracle now has a guide who has charted the way. I have the compass and map and want to take you there. Sign up for a consultation so we can talk about what it is you long for, and how this space can get you there. Howdy hey, I’m Tim—I’ve made a therapy program meant to break cycles and continue that wholesome healing you long for. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s from Misericordia University. Schedule a consultation so we can walk a different path.
