Getting to know Timothy Wilson

Therapist with 20+ years post-graduate experience. I have two areas of expertise that I have focused my work on, which often cross over into one another. The first is trauma work, helping clients who have PTSD, depression, and anxiety from past trauma. My extensive experience working with active duty military, Veterans, as well as those who have trauma from childhood and adolescence, can help you deal effectively with your symptoms to reduce them so you can start to enjoy life again. The second focus of my work has been with LGBTQ clients. I help them deal with accepting themselves, coming out to family and friends, and the difficulties they had in school because of being different or ?not fitting in.? I hold a Master's in Social Work from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
