My journey to mental healthcare My path to becoming a therapist began with working with children and survivors of domestic violence, where I became passionate about helping others develop resilience. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with people of all ages as they navigate recovery and healing in their lives. After becoming a mother myself, I developed a particular passion for supporting perinatal and postpartum women.
