In fact, I believe in you, even if you don't believe in yourself yet. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Army veteran, mother, and writer, I understand that life can be both beautiful and challenging. I bring both professional training and lived experience to the counseling relationship. I have specialized training in DBT, CBT, and Christian counseling, allowing me to tailor therapy to each person's unique needs and values. My Christian faith is central to who I am, and I gladly integrate biblical principles into counseling for clients who request it while providing compassionate, respectful care to individuals from all backgrounds. It is my joy to help others discover hope, healing, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge.
