Whether you're facing traumatic histories, mental health struggles, or have learned you may be or are Autistic, have ADHD, or are experiencing other personal transitions, I'm here to walk alongside you on your journey toward your goals—helping you feel heard, seen, and understood. I am certified in trauma treatment and have worked extensively with people who are unhoused, those with substance use struggles, Autism, and chronic mental health diagnoses. My approach The most common theoretical approaches I use are person-centered, unconditional positive regard, and strengths-based. I don’t generally enter into contact with an agenda. My focus My focus is on the needs of the person requesting support. I’ve worked with individuals from all walks of life, including those convicted of serious crimes and those victimized during serious crimes. I respect a person’s life experience without judgment. I’ve supported others seeking assistance with ADHD, Autism, Depression, PTSD, Substance Use, Homelessness, Bipolar Disorder, and significant trauma histories. I’m also comfortable supporting parents in learning productive parenting skills. My communication style The tone I create is one of acceptance, warmth, humor, genuineness, compassion, active listening, and encouragement—to help you feel seen, understood, and heard. My journey to mental healthcare I am driven by the impulse of the heart, with a passion for learning about humans and life in general.
