I have a Master of Social Work degree from Walden University. My experience involves working with teens and adults, specializing in severe and persistent mental illness, anxiety, depression, anger issues, co-occurring issues, and family issues. I provide crisis intervention, case management, skills training, individual therapy, family therapy, and recommend resources and programs in residential programs. With training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused treatment, Motivational interviewing, Collaborative Problem Solving, and Person-Centered Therapy I use collaborative problem-solving to build a positive therapeutic relationship and alliance.
