I am an experienced licensed therapist that works with clients ages 18 and up. I have extensive experience working with adults with multiple mental health disorders. I focus on identifying and treating the root of the issue in a friendly and non-pressured setting. I have experience working with people with complex PTSD, depression, anxiety, attachment issues, and relationship issues. I have training in multiple forms of therapy that I strive to integrate with each other in order to find the best approach for each client. I strive to approach each client as an individual that needs treatment that focuses on their individual needs. I have a passion for working with couples and improving my client's relationships with their significant other. I am a veteran of the Arizona National Guard and I find I enjoy helping other veterans as well.
