Hello, I'm Toni Lima, and it is my pleasure and privilege to meet with clients in person at Green Fisher Farm. I also offer a virtual option for those who prefer or require it. My areas of concern include, but are not limited to, stress management, coping skills, relationship issues, and substance abuse disorder. I am here to assist in identifying your goals and working through past trauma using Equine Assisted EMDR. As an EMDR therapist trained in Equilateral: Equine-assisted EMDR protocol, I mindfully incorporate equine-assisted interactions into our sessions. I partner with horses as sentient beings with a keen awareness of both client and animal welfare. EA-EMDR is rooted in research-based EMDR therapy best clinical practices, providing a unique and effective approach to trauma treatment. I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). My practice is grounded in core values of autonomy, competence, respect, and diversity, creating a safe and supportive space for healing. I specialize in autism spectrum support, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, addiction, anxiety, children's mental/behavioral health, depression, life transitions, military/veteran support, PTSD, spirituality, stress, and trauma.
