I am a mindfulness practitioner, trauma therapist, and nature lover. I believe we are naturally inclined toward healing and wellness but sometimes need help overcoming obstacles. I enjoy helping people find what works and feels right for them in terms of coping skills and building meaning into their lives. I support clients in better understanding their self-talk and how they cope with pain and suffering, as well as how they may be unintentionally increasing their suffering. I practice the skills I share with clients in my own life. I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree from the University of New Hampshire.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge.
