Getting to know Tonia Zarrella
Are you a woman of childbearing age looking for additional support with your life issues and the impact they have on your mental health?
I take pride in supporting women through their journeys in therapy by lifting them up and encouraging them as they find practical ways to navigate obstacles in life. I am passionate about and trained to work with and support pregnant and new moms experiencing perinatal mood disorders, as well as individuals who have experienced trauma.
Many of my clients come to therapy to work on decision-making, setting healthy boundaries, self-esteem, and navigating new and complex relationships. I hold an MEd in Counseling Psychology from Cambridge College, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide compassionate, effective care tailored to each individual’s needs.

I invite you to resist the urge to wait, show up for yourself, and take a step toward creating the life that you want by engaging in therapy. More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
