If you're reading this, this may already be the first step to your healing journey! I am passionate about providing a non-judgemental space for healing for my clients. I work with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, and more. I am trained in EMDR Therapy and utilize a trauma-focused approach to counseling. In addition, I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Committment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and other evidence-based interventions in my work.
