Getting to know Tony Harley

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Florida State University in 1999 and my Master of Science degree in Counseling from Webster University in 2003. I bring over 20 years of experience providing therapeutic services and case management to diverse populations, including individuals in juvenile detention facilities, youth and adult prisons, mental health crisis and residential facilities, as well as in-home, church, and in-school counseling. My experience includes individual therapy, family therapy, psycho-educational support, group counseling, and working with youth sporting teams.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Clients whom I work with will be able to expect an honest, caring, non-judgmental clinician that will provide a listening and active ear and provide effective strategies to assist with them on improving where they are currently at as it relates to their mental health difficulties and struggles.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
