What should a new client know about working with you?

When working with me, you can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe to be yourself. My style is collaborative and trauma-informed, meaning we move at your pace and focus on what feels most important to you. I use practical, evidence-based approaches to help you better understand your thoughts and behaviors while building healthy coping skills. Our work together is a partnership—I’m here to listen, guide, and support you as you move toward healing, growth, and lasting change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical session with me is a safe, supportive space where you can talk openly about what’s on your mind. We’ll start by checking in on how you’ve been feeling and any challenges or progress since our last session. From there, we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences, while identifying patterns and areas you’d like to work on. I use a trauma-informed, talk therapy approach, incorporating practical tools and coping strategies you can use in your daily life. Each session is tailored to your needs, and we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you as we work toward your goals.
