Getting to know Tosh Fritsch

I have worked in private practice and the school systems providing Educationally Related Mental Health Services (ERMHS) for almost 25 years. During this time, I founded a small business where my team and I provide these mental health services individually and in groups on-site to school districts all over Sonoma County, CA. I love working with children K-12 and their families. I have worked in non-public schools, public schools, and privately with at-risk youth and their families. This has been my passion my whole career. I earned my Master's in Counseling from Sonoma State University, which has been foundational to my work. I have been married to my lovely wife for 18 years, together for 24 years, and we have two beautiful children. Our son is 13 and our daughter is 10. I enjoy all things outdoors. I surfed competitively in my youth and love mountain biking, snowboarding, and anything that has to do with water, but my main love is spending time with my family.

What should a new client know about working with you?

After the first session clients can expect to feel heard, understood, emotionally met and excited to move forward with their goals with a clear direction on how they will get there. We will work together to define the path of therapy and they will take away specific tools on how to meet their goal and maintain their progress.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
