I provide a safe space for you to talk about difficult things, better overall functioning, and learn skills for improved balance in your life. My therapeutic approach is Person-Centered and Strength-Based, with a blend of CBT, DBT, MI, Play Therapy, Family Systems, and Trauma-Informed. Let me assist you in understanding yourself better and living a more abundant life.
