Welcome to a safe space. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who is passionate about supporting all of my clients through challenges to experience healing and growth in their lives. My approach My clinical approach to practice is client-centered, solution-focused therapy and trauma-informed care. I am trained in EMDR and critical incident stress management. Furthermore, I will meet you with empathy, open-mindedness, and unconditional positive regard. I believe in working collaboratively with my clients and developing a treatment plan that works for you. Life has its stressors, and there are avenues to working through those stressors in order to establish an actualized self. My focus I specialize in working with first responders and their families. I also work with non-first responders who are looking to work through traumas, anxiety, and depression. My communication style I provide a therapeutic environment that is compassionate and challenging, where you can explore your personal potential.
