Doing therapy and helping people has always been a dream for me. I have been in profession now for almost 12 years and will be happy to work with you and help you the best way I can! My approach My approach to treatment is using a person-centered modality to develop rapport, and I have been certified in CBT and TFCBT to help assist with depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and grief. My focus The clients I would like to focus on are between 12-65 years old, and I can support their needs by helping them process their feelings and manage their mental health better. My communication style My communication style is through person-centered modalities in order to build rapport with the client and understand their needs. My journey to mental healthcare I first started in the field in 2014 as a mental health counselor, have worked with addictions, as a school-based therapist with children and their families, and currently work with clients in community health between 5-65 years old. My goals for you I will help the client learn what exactly their goals are for therapy by letting them identify them and then build a tailored treatment to help them achieve their goals in therapy. My first session with you In the first session with my client, I will let them know about, learn about them, and identify goals to work towards in therapy.
