Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in Indiana, Virginia, and Florida. I received my Master's in Social Work from Florida International University and have been practicing for over 6 years. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. My goal in therapy is to help my clients improve the quality of their lives.
My approach
My experience with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) allows me to help clients alter their thoughts and feelings, which leads to changes in behavior. I believe that how we think and feel has a direct impact on our behavior. Additionally, my experience with solution-focused brief therapy helps me find solutions in the present and explore my clients' hopes for the future to find quick and pragmatic resolutions to their problems. I also help my clients develop tools and skills they can use moving forward.

My journey to mental healthcare
My journey toward becoming a therapist began in a poverty-stricken community, where I witnessed firsthand the challenges that come with limited resources and opportunities. Growing up, I saw how mental health struggles were often overlooked, and I felt a deep desire to help others navigate those difficulties.
