I am also a US Army Veteran who served in the First Iraq War (Desert Storm 1991). What should a new client know about working with you?

I have been a licensed clinical social worker since 2000. I have been a social worker since 1996. I am licensed both in Georgia and DC. I love connecting with my clients by providing individualized offerings specific to your needs. I look forward to meeting with you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

As a therapist I often utilize alternative wellness practices, such as; Somatic Practices. You can expect that I will use more physical approaches to treatment, including relaxation techniques and meditative or breathing exercises, along with traditional talk therapy. These practices may allow you to access more information about the ways you hold on to your experiences in your body.
