What should a new client know about working with you?
Experiece a decrease in sx of anxiety and depression, have more positive and hopeful thoughts, improved sleep and sense of control. That there is a roadmap for feeling better and getting better.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

I booked the appointment with Trevor and received multiple forms that I needed to fill out. I also received multiple reminders about my appointment so that I would not miss. However, 15 minutes into my scheduled session, Trevor informs me that he is overbooked and asks me to schedule to a later time that night or another day. With all of the reminders that I received on my end I was very frustrated that Trevor was not aware that he was overbooked until 15 minutes into our scheduled session. This was very unprofessional, off putting and ultimately a waste of my time.
