What should a new client know about working with you?

As a holistic therapist with a service oriented heart, I am empathetic, compassionate, and meet clients where they are with a non-judgmental and creative approach. I collaborate with my clients on what theoretical approaches and therapy interventions will serve them to improve their lives, manage or heal symptoms, and develop confidence in their ability to resolve what concerns brings them to therapy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I meet with clients, actively listen to their story and concerns, probe for additional information as needed, then collaborate on treatment needs, assessments, diagnosis, and what interventions seem appropriate for the client and their concerns. I may do experiential processes in session as appropriate. I practice empathetic talk therapy along with other approaches. -- You will receive an email from Headway with a link to our new patient intake process. Please create your new patient profile and complete all required new patient forms located in the Headway patient portal before your appointment time.
