More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

For all of my sessions, Trinh was very professional, yet friendly and approachable. She was instrumental in helping me through some difficult issues, and I was comfortable talking to her. She was also not just a sounding board; she offered solid and creative solutions and suggestions. She respected my time, and was nearly always online before I was. The few times she was delayed, she texted me. Although they were sometimes difficult for me emotionally, I look back on my sessions with her as a very positive experience.

Trinh has been great for me and my wife. We have only worked together for a few months but have made good progress. She is a great listener and solution-oriented. She is empathetic when needed but also down to earth. She isn’t afraid to be honest even if the truth may not be what you want to hear. We highly recommend Trinh.

Trinh is the best therapist I’ve ever worked with (and I’ve had a few!). She’s realistic, supportive, empathetic and kind. But! Trinh also challenges me in ways I need to be challenged to get thru the hard stuff. No smoke screens. Many therapists don’t do that. For me it was vital to moving forward. After 18 months of therapy, I’m able to take care of and speak for myself without losing self respect and my relationships are healthier and stronger than before.

Trinh is super friendly, understanding, compassionate and super relatable. I truly appreciate how she is familiar with all my cultural and religious traditions. Since my therapy sessions with Trinh, my family and friends have noticed a HUGE difference in my attitude and behavior. She’s been such an important part in my healing and grief journey.

Dr.Trinh is the best therapist I've had in awhile. She is an awesome listener, good at giving advice and recommendations. If I had to go back in time and pick a therapist I'd pick Dr.Trinh all over again

Trinh clearly cares about helping me work through my challenges and does so in a kind, compassionate, goal oriented way. She always meets me where I am.
Often Trinh will introduce me to a new tool, approach, and or practice to “see” things from a different perspective.
Through my work with Trinh over the last year, I feel more present than ever before and equipped. I am grateful for my time with Trinh and continuing to grow with her support.

Mrs. Trinh has helped my family and I during the hardest time of our lives. My daughter started to experience depression and anxiety after a few incidents in the 6th grade. She had a hard time adjusting to the pressures of middle school and puberty and her mental health began to drastically decline. It was an extremely scary and stressful time for our family. She helped my daughter explore and sort out her feelings and get down to what it is bothering her. She gave her tools to handle conflict and better manage her emotions. As parents, she walked with us throughout the process while giving us the tools we needed to survive it.
We had parents sessions that allowed us to check in and voice our feelings as well, that greatly helped us. It felt like we had a partner in parenthood and we felt supported and empowered during the time when we felt the lowest. Looking back on the time period, I don’t know if we would have been able to make it through without her. She’s great!

Trinh helped me so much after the death of my husband from terminal brain cancer. I learned breathing and visualization exercises that I still use. She is so easy to talk to and I feel I was heard.

I've been working with Trinh since May of 2024. I came to her because my previous therapist had a sudden personal emergency and did not know when she would come back. Trinh was just supposed to be my "short-term" therapist, but since meeting with her I felt her approaches and solutions aligned more with my current goals and needs so she is now my full-time therapist! Her approach is very solution based which is why I feel I've been making so much progress in these past months. Trinh is also very empathetic and personable, which makes you truly feel like your needs and concerns are being heard. It's been a pleasure having her as my therapist!

Trinh has by far been my favorite therapist I’ve ever had. I feel like she’s a best friend where she makes things so easy for me to open up to. Very blessed to have her as my therapist.

Trinh is the best! Since the pandemic, I have developed major anxiety and depression. We’re both Asian American and it’s refreshing to talk to someone who has dealt with similar cultural issues growing up. She has taught me about different coping mechanisms and the importance of loving yourself. I always recommend her to my friends when they talk about wanting to start therapy. I’m incredibly thankful to have her in my life.

Trinh has been a very helpful person in my life. She has helped guide me through some of the most difficult times in my life and still does. She offers great tips to be able to manage anxiety and depression. She makes sure to thoroughly work through your concerns until they are no longer an obstacle in your life. She also jokes a bit which helps to lighten the mood sometimes when it’s too depressing. She is an overall great therapist because she is caring, empathetic, patient, blunt, professional and respectful.

Trinh has taught me exercises that immediately helped calm my anxiety. She's able to relate to my issues and we've been able to address some of these in a calm, secure, space that she's created.
