What is your typical process for working with clients?

Your first session will be one hour and include your intake. This gives you and Trisha a chance to get to know each other and cover your background. She's there to help you and her goal is to help you feel at ease. You'll discuss your goals and reasons for coming in to allow Trisha to know how to best support you. Your following sessions will be 50 minutes. In these sessions, you will work together toward your goals. Trisha will be there for you every step of the way.
