All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. I understand the need to have someone to speak to outside the confines of daily life. I believe that everyone has strengths they may not have discovered yet, and I am here to help you find those strengths. I pride myself on being an active and non-judgmental listener. My goal in working with clients is to meet them where they are and recognize that sometimes it takes baby steps to move forward. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Barry University and a Bachelor's degree from Florida Gulf Coast University, which have equipped me with the skills to support you effectively. I look forward to working with you and helping you develop the skills to overcome whatever situation you are currently facing.

What should a new client know about working with you?

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I like to meet the clients where they are to determine what type of therapy will work best. I spend time building rapport and actively listening to what the client feels the issues are. I enjoy working with goal setting and seeing the joy when someone is able to meet a goal that they didn't believe they could.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
