I have experience working with individuals navigating a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). I am passionate about creating a safe, and affirming space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. A central focus of my work is identity development. I believe that understanding and embracing one’s unique identity is a powerful step toward healing and self-empowerment. I have had the privilege of working with a diverse clientele, including individuals of varying racial and ethnic backgrounds, gender identities, and sexual orientations. I strive to foster a therapeutic relationship that respects and honors each person’s lived experience, and I am dedicated to practicing with cultural humility and inclusivity.
