Currently, I am licensed in the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. In my practice, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. I am passionate about seeing you THRIVE, and I would love to be a part of your journey to change your current state. My ultimate plan is to be there with you every step of the way so you can experience balance in the days ahead.
