Turqoyz is passionate about working with adults, adolescents, couples, and members of the LGBTQ+ community who are ready to start their journey toward healing. She looks forward to being your partner on this venture. Turqoyz provides an empathetic, genuine, non-judgmental, and safe environment for you to explore and learn new skills to overcome what is currently causing distress in your life-whether from the past, present, or future. She uses an integrative treatment approach with an emphasis on person-centered, trauma-informed care, employing evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Finding a therapist can be one more added stressor to an already overwhelming life, and Turqoyz congratulates you on taking this first step. You have made yourself and your well-being a priority, and she looks forward to helping you build upon your strengths and abilities. This is your time to take the chance and make a change toward a better future. Outside of work, Turqoyz enjoys paddleboarding, hiking, traveling to other states and visiting National Parks, anything to do with Broadway theater shows and musicals, playing board games, spending time with her dogs, going to concerts, and trying new restaurants.
