What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in working with teens and adults who have a history of trauma, particularly within their family of origin and are now experiencing relationship breakdown. I also work with clients who have eating disorders, military backgrounds, faith-based backgrounds, religious trauma, personality disorders, and those walking through grief and other life changes. You will find a safe environment to heal, discover, and process.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I strive to create a safe place for individuals to be truly honest and accepted. I want to help you get to the root of what is going on rather than putting a bandaid over a deeper issue. My hope is that you come through therapy having gained the tools, insight, and understanding to navigate life with more freedom, and I believe we can get you there. I have experience working with a diverse range of clients, and I strive to partner with my clients to make their experience in therapy as positive, comfortable, and productive as possible. I am happy to have an initial 15-minute free consult to make sure it's a good fit. It takes a lot of bravery to reach out, but it's worth it for what is possible.
