Getting to know Tzia Hibler

Hi, my name is Tzia Hibler, and I am glad you have taken the first step toward seeking support in your life. Challenges, barriers, and setbacks happen for many reasons. Every battle does not have to be faced alone. I am here to support you in what you want to face. I take a client-centered, strength-based approach to working through goals and processing feelings. I will support you in seeing where you have control to take action, find acceptance, and challenge thoughts. I am an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) licensed in Illinois. I earned my Master's in Social Work with a concentration in schools from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and my Bachelor's degree from Eastern Illinois University. I have experience in public schools and community-based practices as a therapist and social worker, working with a vast array of demographics. I have worked with individuals ages 0 to 65. I have partnered with my community to provide clinical services to victims of community violence, teen parents, youth and families, LGBTQA+ individuals, and those with learning disabilities. No matter your walk of life or journey, I will treat you and your story as a unique situation to you.

What should a new client know about working with you?

A client can expect to leave session, feeling heard, respected, validated, and supported. I will challenge you to apply skills and perspectives in your daily life. I will not tell you therapy will be easy but it will be worth it. I will help you work through the hard times and create a space that feels judgement free, a place you can be yourself. On your path to healing, I take interactive and engaging approaches to ensure this process resonates with you. Through conversation, education, humor, analogies, games or musical/ artistic expression, I will find a way for us to start your healing process.

In-network insurances

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
