Getting to know Valarese Dailey
Hi, my name is Valarese (pronounced Val-uh-reese). Do you have an adolescent struggling with anxiety, mood, attention, stress, or a behavioral disorder? I help adolescents identify the triggers that cause them distress. Once identified, I work closely with them to develop effective coping skills and apply them in real-life scenarios. With a Master's in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University and years of experience working in the school system, I have the tools to understand and support what adolescents face daily. Let's work together to ensure your adolescent is set up for success!
What should a new client know about working with you?
I take the time to build a positive rapport with the clients I serve. This process is very important in building a therapeutic relationship. I do this by engaging my clients in conversations about their interests, likes, and dislikes. I like to incorporate a client’s interests into their treatment, so they know they are an active participant during the treatment process.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
