I earned my master's degree in Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires and have been practicing for 31 years. My approach Psychodynamics has helped me develop active listening skills, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel relief and find their path. In cases of depression, anxiety, or eating disorders, we often uncover beliefs that block a healthy, happy life. We may know what would help but don't do it, due to thoughts that generate unhelpful feelings or behaviors. The challenge is replacing distorted thoughts with healthier alternatives, an approach drawn from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I have also specialized in working with babies, children, and adolescents, emphasizing early interventions with parents to prevent and improve life outcomes. My focus I work with clients of all ages, helping them build life projects aligned with their possibilities. My goal is to help them overcome anguish, depression, or anxiety that hinder happiness and becoming their best selves. My communication style I use evidence-based, scientific techniques combined with a warm, close, and welcoming style. I aim to create a safe space where clients feel comfortable opening up and exploring concerns at their own pace. My journey to mental healthcare A difficult personal history showed me how therapy can heal phobias, depression, grief, and more in my own family. I wanted to be the one to transform others' lives as therapy transformed mine and my family's.
