“Valeria helped me bring my confidence up and helped remind and teach me about personal priorities, and coping mechanisms. She also made me feel safe to share or not on subjects, and never made me uncomfortable. She was also always on time and never missed an appointment. I know she cares about what she does and who she helps and that made me also always show up and I came out of the sessions with more skills every time, or feeling better about myself.”
