I met with Vanessa to process past and current trauma related to anxiety and relationship difficulties. She has been empathetic, kind and very helpful in guiding me through EMDR. I have found peace and healing in this process and would highly recommend working with Vanessa.

Vanesa is incredible. I was looking for an EMDR expert and I definitely found it with her. I felt that talk therapy had only gotten me so far and was skeptical of EMDR. But friends had a lot of success with it, so I was willing to take a chance. Vanesa met me where I was at and is able to incorporate talk therapy when needed. I am a total believer now and that is all thanks to my experience with Vanesa. I feel I am working towards breakthroughs heretofore un-accessed.
