I believe that everyone should have a safe place where they can work through their individual journey. I work with children and adults in different stages and with various presenting symptoms related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, academic and professional stressors, ADHD, and more. My approach Making changes or making sense of things can be challenging as sometimes one doesn't know where to begin. Starting a new journey takes a lot of courage. I aim to provide a safe and supportive space. I tailor treatment to meet the unique needs of each individual. I provide individual therapy for children and adults in different stages of learning (as learning is a life -long process), anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, academic and professional stressors, ADHD, and more. You are a priority & I encourage you to invest in your mental health & well-being, whether you think we are a good fit or if you choose another approach. My focus My specialties include anxiety, depression, behavioral support, trauma-informed care, transitions, and personal growth. I especially enjoy working with children and adults in various stages of life. My communication style I am interactive, and I assess the individual's within their environment and assist them individually with addressing life changes and challenges. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
