I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, life transitions, academic and career challenges, and other life stressors. I believe taking the first step toward therapy is a courageous decision, and I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered as they work toward healing and growth.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is rooted in the belief that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Every person brings unique strengths, experiences, and goals, and I view the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for meaningful change. When clients feel safe, understood, and supported, they can more confidently explore challenges, gain insight, and move toward lasting growth. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and somatic techniques to help clients process life's complexities, reframe unhelpful thought patterns, and strengthen the connection between mind and body. I believe every person has the capacity for growth and change. My goal is to help clients recognize their strengths, develop practical coping skills, and build the confidence needed to create a life that feels balanced, meaningful, and fulfilling.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
