I use an integrative therapeutic approach to treatment because I believe it provides the tools and methods best suited to meet each client’s unique needs.
I love spending time with my family and loved ones. I am very inquisitive and always striving to learn something new. In my free time, if I am not learning, I am writing poetry. My most precious self-care technique is meditation with mindfulness incorporated.
