My ultimate goal is to help you develop a more helpful, balanced, and logical inner voice. With a Master’s in Social Work from Florida International University, I am dedicated to supporting your journey toward mental and emotional well-being.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Based on personal experiences, I know how difficult it can be to reach out for help. No one knows your life better than yourself and while it is true that no one else can do the inner work for you, that does not mean you have to do it alone. Finding a skilled therapist is important; someone with whom you can establish a collaborative and trusting relationship. I offer you sound mental health support. Feel free to see if we're a good fit for one another. I aim to create a safe space where you talk openly; help you develop a roadmap to where you want to be in your life and gently assist you in increasing awareness of your unhelpful thinking patters and explore how to reframe these in a more positive way.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
