As a Provisionally Licensed Therapist (LMSW), I believe therapy is most effective when built on trust, self-determination, and an understanding of your unique experiences. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. Whatever you are facing, you don’t have to carry it alone. I support tweens, teens, parents, women, and members of the LGBTQ+ community through individual, couples, and family therapy. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions such as divorce. My person-centered approach is tailored to your needs and draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help identify unhelpful patterns, build coping skills, and create meaningful change. I also incorporate Family-Based Therapy to help families grow stronger together. I am under the clinical supervision of William Hunter-LCSW-S
