I absolutely love my therapist, Varda. We were matched through the practice and I’m genuinely grateful for their process, because I couldn’t imagine a better fit. I truly wish I knew her in real life too, because our connection is that natural and easy. I could go on and on about how lovely she is as a person.
As a therapist, she keeps it so real and relatable. She consistently holds me accountable in a way that feels supportive, not harsh, and because of that I’ve actually been able to reach my goals. She reminds me not only of who I already am, but who I want to be—and she challenges me to do better, which is something I deeply value. Working with her has been transformative.

Varda has been amazing, she’s helped me through so many troubles I’ve had in the time that I’ve seen her. She fits what I need from a therapist very well and I would recommend her to anyone that would ask for a therapist. Her abilities to make connections and identify patterns from session to session did wonders for me!
