I aim to work collaboratively with you to process any confusion, fear, or hurt that may create obstacles to your goals and support you in honoring the vulnerabilities that provide a basis for the incredible strengths you hold. I hope our work together clarifies your values so that the choices you make are comfortably rooted in your truth and in the best interest of yourself and the community you hold dear. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Saybrook University and am currently enrolled in a Ph.D. program for Clinical Psychology. I have had the fortune of a variety of work experiences, including providing psychological assessments, in-school counseling and assessments, individual therapy within a community outpatient clinic, working with individuals who have lived through trauma and/or have co-occurring diagnoses, assisting with the reintegration process back into the community following hospitalizations and incarcerations, and supporting individuals living with psychosis. My focus when working with clients is a humanistic and client-centered approach that emphasizes individual strengths. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.
