You are the expert in your life, and I will suggest goals as well. Think of us as two experts collaborating to help you feel better. My first session with you During the first two sessions, I will conduct a full BioPsychoSocial Assessment. I ask that you allow me to guide these initial sessions so I can gather enough information to create a diagnostic impression. Afterward, you will guide the sessions with my support.
