My journey to mental healthcare My path to becoming a therapist was inspired by witnessing the power of human connection & resilience. I was drawn to the field because I wanted to provide a safe, compassionate space for others to heal and grow. Through my training, I've learned how to help clients make sense of their experiences, overcome doubt & move toward greater fulfillment. My goals for you I help clients reach their goals by combining evidence-based strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a warm, person-centered approach.
