I support clients who feel stuck in patterns of self-doubt, emotional distress, or unhealthy relationships and are seeking clarity, confidence, and healing. I earned my master's degree in mental health counseling from Bernard M. Baruch College. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, creating space for clients to explore their experiences at a pace that feels safe and empowering.
