What should a new client know about working with you?

I like to offer clients the opportunity to speak briefly with me to make sure I am a good fit for them before booking an appointment. If the client decides to work with me, I will send over intake forms that should be completed prior to initial appointment. I only offer appointments virtually. I request at least three business days to verify insurance.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

First two sessions are an opportunity to discuss goals and history. I will ask many questions based on concerns shared and findings from intake forms. The following sessions are working towards areas of interest for the client that is causing some difficulty in their lives.
