“I really feel comfortable with Dr. Vester and I can feel myself connecting with her. She has such a fluid approach to therapy and I always end my session feeling like I have a short term goal to work towards. She proved to me in our very first session how intuitive and insightful she is. She’s extremely well rounded and while all mental work takes a lot of time, I feel encouraged to keep at it. She is definitely a positive addition to my life and my therapy goals.”

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Dr. Appiah has literally transformed my life in the short amount of time I've been meeting with her. She's a perfect balance of warm/nonjudgmental and direct/challenging. She listens to me and allows me to have those moments where I need a second to just "get it all out" and offers practical next steps for improvement. I love that she takes notes during our calls and recalls my previous feelings about a situation - so intentional. She feels warm and inviting like a friend but also professional and empowering like a therapist should feel. Perfect balance.
